As the President and Founder of Debutantes and Gentlemen of Distinction and Director for the National League of Junior Cotillions, Enie Windle has dedicated her career to equipping the next generation with the confidence, poise, and timeless decorum necessary to excel in an ever-changing world.

Her philosophy blends classic etiquette and conservative family values with modern leadership readiness, ensuring young women and men step into adulthood not just well-mannered, but grounded, resilient, and unashamed of high standards.

Enie holds formal certification as a Business Etiquette and Protocol Consultant from the prestigious Protocol School of Palm Beach, the global leader in professional etiquette, international protocol, and corporate civility.

Her specialized training covers:


 - Executive & Social Decorum: Masterclass dining instruction, formal host duties, and high-level social diplomacy.


 - Youth Leadership Development: Shaping character, chivalry, and self-respect in high school seniors preparing for university life.


 - Professional Presence: Interview poise, modest and polished attire, and articulate interpersonal communication.

Vision for Our Debutantes and Gentlemen of Distinction

Through her leadership in both Junior Cotillion and the Debs and Gents program, Enie creates an inspiring, high-expectation environment where high school seniors build lifelong friendships, serve their local communities, and celebrate milestone moments with family.
